We have been trying to get a hold of someone as our Alarm System (can’t sign into the app or view our doorbell camera) is not working. We have tried to get a hold of someone at the office number so many times and even text Dixon. But seems as we are in contract already - it’s not important. We will be moving our services elsewhere as soon as this contract ends. Till then I guess we are stuck paying for something we cannot use. To note: it has been a month of us trying to contact someone.
