11/10! Second time I’ve called CCC and they pulled through both times. I really want to thank Zach, bike broke down on the side of the road(broken clutch cable). He found us probably the only clutch cable sitting in Alberta, was able to process the order so I could run and pick it up so we could continue on the ride we had planned. Wicked service!
So let me start by saying worst service I have ever had buying a dirt bike. So I bought a Honda 150rs 2025 model brand new they sent it to me in bc,Canada so when I was ready to ride the bike it wouldn’t work properly this was all within 2 days of receiving the bike took it to a shop near me and they said it was a jetting issue from factory so asked Calgary cycle to cover the cost of fixing this problem because it is within the 30 limit long story short they have now ghosted my text after agreeing to pay half of the bill whi... read more
