I hired Calgary custom concepts to build me a peninsula which would be attached to my countertops and also complete a small pantry for me(basically frame out a small space where the old chimney ran through the house and put in 6 small shelves). Nick sent out a contractor and we agreed on a price for completion of the project. I did extend the peninsula so the cost of the build did go up but I had no problem paying for the extra work.
