The lady on phone is very rude. Kept on saying NO to anything you ask. They need customer care lessons. Would give them Zero star for that.
Worst customer service I have yet to ever encounter - and that says a great deal. You would think being a printing company it would make sense to the individual answering the phone what is meant by 'the ability to print from a USB stick for he purpose of printing a document' and perhaps not point out the obvious of what the company does - that just seems obvious by the name of company.
