Really appreciated how understanding this place was. I had an emergency and had to cancel last minute, and they didn’t make it a big deal at all. They have a one-time free cancellation, which honestly saved me. Also, their policy is 24 hours (not 48 like a lot of other places), which feels way more reasonable. Just overall great customer service—felt like they actually care about people, not just rules and an easy money grab!
It’s been hard finding a couples therapist who doesn’t pick a side and make sessions feel fair and balanced. I’ve enjoyed working with Nikki. I haven’t felt like quitting, and my partner and I have seen the benefits of a space to speak frankly and get professional, unbiased feedback.
I had a very positive experience with this place. My wife and I work with different psychologists here and the high level of service is consistent. We have never been to counselling before and we appreciate the consultations where our questions and concerns were answered patiently. What stands out is how clear and structured everything is.
