The team is friendly and very professional. Liz is amazing with so much empathy and compassion. Sophie at reception super kind. I will definitely recommend this team as the first stop for their mental well-being concerns.

Really appreciated how understanding this place was. I had an emergency and had to cancel last minute, and they didn’t make it a big deal at all. They have a one-time free cancellation, which honestly saved me. Also, their policy is 24 hours (not 48 like a lot of other places), which feels way more reasonable. Just overall great customer service—felt like they actually care about people, not just rules and an easy money grab!
It’s been hard finding a couples therapist who doesn’t pick a side and make sessions feel fair and balanced. I’ve enjoyed working with Nikki. I haven’t felt like quitting, and my partner and I have seen the benefits of a space to speak frankly and get professional, unbiased feedback.
