I got a call after four weeks from AADL saying it will take six month to twelve month for assessment.. what nonsense! Either person will get better, surfer more or die…need better service. Extremely disappointed citizen…
I’d give a zero if they let me I left a message and the rudest person called me back and said they don’t do the assessments when Calgary Co-op hands out the information paper with the information saying to call this joke of a place. I really couldn’t believe the horrible attitude of the person she was rude and ignorant to me and said call and complain to co-op and hung up
Never get to talk to a human, the computer voice just spews out more numbers that are all computer generated. The web site is no better as it says to call this number and when you do another computer tells you to call another set of numbers. Why can I not talk to a real person? There must be more than one or two employed by this organization. I feel like no one (human) cares enough to try to assist a human caller.
