Service sucks, I prepaid for 2 months bcp only received one and was told i could pick up the other the following day but then was told it was on backorder and i have to find another pharmacy myself that has it in stock. Hellooo i paid for it its their job to owe me the remaining bcp. 🤦♀️
I visited this pharmacy early this morning because I wasn’t feeling well and hoped to get some advice. Instead, I was met with unexpected negativity from the pharmacist. Thank you for setting the tone for my entire day… I’m truly expected some support or guidance, as I’ve received helpful advice in other pharmacies before. If someone starts their day with such an attitude toward customers, it’s hard to understand why they work in a place where people come for help.
Went in for a pharmacy purchase this morning. The Pharmacist Toni was extremely rude to me. Not sure who crapped in his corn flakes this morning… I asked him about the product I was purchasing, and he rolled his eyes and said “it’s all the same” and then just rings me through. Did not ask if I had my co-op number. When I told him I had a co-op number he cancelled the transaction, and seemed very annoyed he had to ring me through again. I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to vouch for this pharmacy. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been extremely friendly, professional, and thorough. They have always shown genuine kindness and went out of their way to help me during a difficult time. Cannot recommend this pharmacy enough.
