During my visit, I observed concerning behavior from a cashier named Alex. While assisting a customer who clearly needed additional time and support, Alex was noticeably rude and dismissive. After the customer left, Alex proceeded to make fun of them in front of other customers, which I found highly unprofessional. When it was my turn to order, Alex immediately demanded identification before even allowing me to speak, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience.
Usually dispensaries are pretty OK with having dogs most of them even have dog treats, but for some reason this dispensary when I walked in, I was instantly told no dogs allowed super disrespectfully keep in mind they just opened and I was the first customer I will never go to this place again they always have horrible prices and horrible options Compared to some of their other competitors and super horrible customer service to top it off
Spent over two hours driving and talking with one of the managers, was told I would hear one way or the other in about a weeks time. Followed up by calling 3 weeks later was told that they would come to a decision in a couple days. Called back a few weeks later and spoke with a manager who I did not interview with, he was rude af by pretty much stating dont call us we will call you , month later still not a peep .... no wonder ur rating is in the toilet, stay away from this place if you value a professional standard of any s... read more
Great store everyone else complaining is just wrong very friendly staff and you should expect to bring your Canadian ID.
