Great staff and facility!
It was terrible that they wouldn't let my puppy in the waiting area. The store didn't have any signs prohibiting dogs. But when they saw me with my child and 2month puppy, they actually kicked us out. Very disappointing. I will never come to this store again. Too bad！
Looks cool, but definitely not a place to visit if you are from out of town. Need special training for ropes only offered sometimes. Bouldering is underwhelming, 1 kid at a time if under 14. Value for money, really poor.
