The team carefully walked us through all the previous owners’ cat and dog stains throughout the house and assured us that they had fully treated and removed them, including applying an anti-allergen solution. They were also very mindful at the end of the process, ensuring all our furniture was properly lifted off the carpet. I felt informed and confident in their work, and would gladly recommend them to anyone.
