I had a misfortune of accidently dropping my key fob down the elevator shaft of our condo. Luckily it was just missing the back. I called to see if BMW makes this silly part...I was not surprised they do not. However Stephen in parts was so kind and helpful he found the back of an old fob that ended up fitting the back of mine. This saved me spending $900 for a complete new fob. I never met him but he is a super nice guy who just went out of his way to help me out. I just may return to buy a new car from here!
