When I purchased my preowned X3, I had a drivetrain malfunction error appear only the day after drive it off the lot. I brought it back and they said it was only because they needed to reset the system. Things ran fine until I was on highway 8 and the drivetrain malfunction error appeared again and my vehicle went into limp mode. I brought it back and they charged me $850 to look for the error.
