Excellent caulking job of our entire house. Followup service was also excellent. I highly recommend Ecoprotek.
My experience was very disappointing. I asked direct questions before the job and was given confident answers, but the reality turned out completely different or as Richard says, "just a misunderstanding". When I raised these issues, I was yelled at and told it was just a misunderstanding and didn’t matter because it's the end result that matters. To me, it absolutely did matter. After searching for a reliable company that can provide me with a quick appointment for my house, I stumbled on to Richard and he was eager to try to help me. Easy to communicate with, quick on response and had an appointment in less than a week. His employee Lasha did a great job. Clean, professional and respectful in his mannerisms.
