The job was sloppy and carelessly done. He does NOT remove the old caulking (contrary to best practices and what every single other company does), Ecoprotek just slaps a ridiculously thick bead of new caulking over the old caulking (something you can do yourself without hiring a professional). When I confronted him after the job was done, he yelled in my face and threatened me. His reaction was wildly aggressive, intimidating and completely inappropriate. Excellent caulking job of our entire house. Followup service was also excellent. I highly recommend Ecoprotek.
My experience was very disappointing. I asked direct questions before the job and was given confident answers, but the reality turned out completely different or as Richard says, "just a misunderstanding". When I raised these issues, I was yelled at and told it was just a misunderstanding and didn’t matter because it's the end result that matters. To me, it absolutely did matter.
