I was on my way into work - got a flat and was in a bit of a hurry. Luckily I was very close, pulled in, got it fixed, and was at a good price with friendly service.
12/20/2011. Took my Accord into the SLO location for the free tire rotation. Bad idea. Miguel wasn't going to rotate in the correct pattern until I had to tell him. Then they over-inflate the tires to 45 lb instead of the 30 lb recommended and then over-torqued all of the lug nuts to over 130 lb instead of the 70-80 lb. Had to use a 18" breaker bar to loosen the nuts up to re-torque correctly, plus they also bent one of the wheel cover while over torquing the nuts.
