My doctor refered me to Caleo Health, I was sent a link from her office, followed the link filled out the questioner, paid 300 dollars for an assessment. Then I thoughtabout the fee and thought no I am not paying that much. I called repeatedly all day, no one answwred the phone. So I went there, was told the phone is not answered because they are busy. They were not busy while I was there. I told them I wanted my money back, well that would take 10 days. Absolute worst place. Husband has had several appts and when he gets there, there is no record and has to be rescheduled. They do not return phone calls. They have absolutely no idea what is going on in their own office. Spinal surgery done over 6 months ago by Dr Cundal, He is in worse pain than before, they don't seem to care, follow ups are impossible. Stay away from this place!

I am almost at a loss for words. I have had major back surgery and am having post surgical issues - and for the second time an appointment I had in place for months has been pulled out from underneath me. The last one I actually showed up to find out the doctor didn't work Fridays Most recently I thought I should confirm the day before to find out he's gone again for the entire month.
