If i could give this place 0 stars I would, hands down. I was a patient for 2 years when I was hospitalized following a serious attempt on my own life. I went to Caleo after my hospitalization to fill out temporary disability with my job. You know what a doctor who I've never even met put as the primary reason for my temp disability??? i called on 1/4/24 and found the receptionist to be INCREDIBLY RUDE. i called to book therapy but i dont believe i am a good candidate for straight talk therapy, and i was asking if they offer different modalities like ACT, DBT, or CBT. once i stated “i dont believe i am a good candidate for straight talk therapy” the woman on the phone got mentally stuck on the way i phrased that…. and just kept insisting all therapy is “just” talk therapy. “the only therapy is talk therapy. all therapy is talk therapy” she seemed to short ... read more
Was more worried about a $70 copay. State bhu said they would contact them so I could get back in and make payments State bhu never called the facility for me, knowing the severity of my situation. Facility still wouldn't let me make an appointment before I made a payment even after I told them I contacted State bhu because of this and I knowing I needed help after witnessing a death.
