Fantastic experience, front to back! All communications with Malissa were awesome when I explained and booked some repair work, and Geordie & Tristan arrived minute perfect for 2 visits doing the repair. A cost estimate was presented on the spot and the work done, (main stack ABS was cracked & leaky). The job got a bit complex, and they had a time constraint due to another job, necessitating a return visit, however it was not an issue. I'm very happy with the quality of work and everyone I dealt with at Caledonian!
Had Caledonian out recently to assess some noisy pipe banging. Cost to come out was very reasonable. He was not rushing and explained the issue well. We will definitely use the company again.
Had a main shut off valve replaced by Tristan and Ian. Their service was prompt and professional. Strongly recommend Caledonian to all!
We just got our toilet replaced by Grant, he did an excellent job, and is just a awesome guy. Also thank you to Malissa for your excellent communication to help us get the rush toilet change based on our schedule. Highly recommend!
