Absolutely ridiculous that they all take lunch at the same time and no one is available to answer the phone. How about we stager some shifts !!
Pretty disgusting practice to fine a senior citizen $80 for a first offence of being 5 minutes late to an appointment. The appointment was straight-up cancelled (no concern shown that they needed an important prescription refilled) and a demeaning letter was mailed to them. Meanwhile the doctors can keep patients waiting in the waiting room for as long as they want at every single visit. Receptionists are free to be as rude as they want to be, and some really take advantage of that perk of the job. I should know better than ... read more
There's no point in calling this clinic. Unless you want to be on hold for over half n hour.
I’ve had an appointment with Dr. Zanbilowicz on May 28th, booked over 4 months ago. Prior to my appointment I was asked to schedule a dr apt AND go for x-rays, which I did. On May 20th I received a letter in the mail saying my appointment was canceled because the dr is moving to Courtenay and that I needed to wait until June 1st, call the new clinic and I guess wait another 4 months?
