This man is a horrible nasty nonproffesional business owner. He claims to have 30 years experience as he has for the last 7 years. I believe he makes it up as he goes along. He went out of business as integrity landscape. That's a laugh. Don't trust him.
This company is not allowed to do home improvements . The owner has many judgements against him. Before you hire this company do some research. Look up the owners name an then make up your decision. Do you want to be ripped off on your hard earned money. Go with a company who is well known not a scam artist.
My experience dealing with Caledonia Landscape and Eric Binnart was horrible and no one should have to deal with a contractor like this. He was rude, inept, disorganized, and argumentative. He lost his file with my contract in it and accused me of taking it. We had gone back and forth as to the amount of the contract and after multiple delays on his part due to a variety of ridiculous excuses, he attempted to hold me to a contract for almost $2000 more than we agreed to.
