Great guy to deal with. I brought a new watch in to get sized and another one for a battery. He did both while I waited. Great service which is hard to find nowadays. Highly recommended.
Place is great for any watch related issues. Took another jeweler 2 days to basically ruin my watch and not even able to change the battery... this place did it in 5 min.
I took some rings here for multiple repairs and received incredible customer service and all repairs were completed within just a few hours. My rings looked absolutely perfect after. Couldn’t recommend enough.
Highly recommend Tim, he is amazing! I have really petite fingers and contacted a few different jewelry shop to make my engagement ring and wedding band. Unfortunately, I had no luck until I messaged Tim. He responded right away and told me to come down to his shop so he could size my ring finger. He was very communicative throughout the process. It took about a month to have my ring and wedding band made.
