I am posting this early in hopes Johnny comes back and finishes the job correctly. First, wanted 3 lights in basement on 1 switch. Got 4 switches. 1 was original, 1 on separate switch, nowhere near area needing light, and one with an off switch that wasn't needed. Then, a fuse panel for generator that cost $1600, and was to run living, bedroom, fridges, freezer, sump pump, water and heater and heat pump. Generator is a 11,500 watt and has the power. I would never recommend this company!!! They did work for a family member in August. There wasn’t anything professional about it! Missing screws, missing knobs, messy job. It’s now January and still hasn’t finished the job. A huge thumbs down!!! I only put 1 star because I had to. In my opinion, 0 stars is the rating.
You won't go wrong doing business with Johnie and Caledonia Electric. He wired my son's house during a complete rebuild. Absolutely perfect job!
Provided a competitive quote to attract attention and then doubled up the bill at the end. It’s a common bad business practice most people are aware of but I was naive to think he would do that to me as a neighbour client. Buddy is very busy working from his house, and not responsive after collecting the money but he’ll be there pretty quickly to provide that FREE QUOTE! He is full of disrespect if you call him out on his lies. Nova Scotia Power takes no responsibility for this guy.
