Horrible customer service. Cancel appointment/ change appointments without informing you. Wait forever to get in for your appointment. Hang up on you. Charge you for work with informing you. My daughter had a cavity (so they say). Got it fixed. Less then 4 months later that same cavity had to be fixed. At that point we have run out of benefits and had to pay out of pocket. 30 min job. Cost me over $700
Had a great experience today, hygienist says Im doing great looking after my teeth, if all her clients made her day this easy! Great chat also
The staff are friendly, happy to answer any questions we have and refer us to other dental specialists if need be, which says a lot. They want the best results and care about the health of their patient's. Myself and my 4 kids have been coming to Caledonia Smiles since they opened and are happy we made the switch from our old dentist.
Great staff, great service, very friendly!
Wow, wow, wow!!! I hate the dentist, always have, bad experiences as a child and not much better as an adult!! Today, Dr. Farah, restored my faith. She did 2 fillings for me, and honestly, I didn't feel the needle or the filling, she constantly checked my comfort and was quick and efficient!! If you hate the dentist too, you ABSOLUTELY must try this practice.
