Rude staff, zero professionalism. They act like they’re doing you a favor just for showing up. Never again.
Don't waste your time with this dealership. On Saturday When I was leaving the dealership to think about a car I test drove there. The Manager came out with the salesperson I was dealing with and asked if I had any problems with the car. I told him the car has miss matching tires and its an AWD car. All 4 tires need to be matching otherwise you'd damage the drivetrain system. He specifically told me that Monday morning I'd be told what options they can put on the car as Saturday their service department is closed. No problem... read more
