I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this dental office. Before my wisdom tooth surgery, I was explicitly told that everything would be covered by my insurance. However, after the procedure was completed, the office suddenly inflated the bill and claimed the surgery was “complicated,” despite no such warning or documentation beforehand.
