Go for Aquafit 3-4 times a week, the facilities are clean and the pool is deep and long.
Equipment has somewhat been upgrade but they got rid of the sauna for a steam room… kind of gross when you have people shaving and clipping their nails. They should scrap this steam room and bring a proper old school sauna back. Miss having chats with the old naked guys back when I was in high school.
