Calecco Construction has unethical practices. Before hiring Calecco, I did my due diligence and visited a few of Calecco projects with Murad Muradyan. We hired Calecco to convert an existing garage into an ADU and the experience left us feeling disappointed and disillusioned. We weren't naive enough to think that our project wouldn't encounter any obstacles, but we couldn't have imagined just how frustrating an experience it would be. Given the complexity of our project having irregular small lot and irregular shaped structures with heavy use of steel, Calecco Construction managed to deliver outstanding results by building a ground up four car garage with an ADU on top, ground up 2 bd/2ba townhouse and expansion/remodel to an existing house.
