Dr. Thiel is a kind, attentive, and thorough provider who never makes you feel rushed. He takes the time to truly listen, thoughtfully review concerns, and discuss treatment options in a clear and collaborative way. I especially appreciate how he explains risks and benefits and ensures questions are fully addressed. Even during a busy holiday period, he was responsive and supportive, which meant a great deal. I value patient-centered care, and Dr. Thiel consistently delivers that!

I have always gone to mount carmel medical group- but dr. thiel is hands down the best primary doctor i've had. He listens to all your concerns, explains in a way you can understand, and will find the answer if he isn't sure.. Very intelligent and very caring to his patients!
