When I first started seeing him as a Dr. I knew he was gonna help. He took time to hear all my concerns. We put a plan together and when he left Springfield, I followed him. He is a wonderful Dr.!
It’s been years since I’ve been to a doctor or doctors office so I decided to get myself scheduled. I was bummed to find out that new patient appts were booking 2 months out. Every place I called was in the same boat though. I chose Mercy Health due to location and my needs. My appointment was with Dr. Caleb Roberts. I always love family physicians anywhere the staff is always catered to everything I've ever wanted and Dr Caleb Roberts is one of the finest most compassionate men and has a wonderful bedside manner and wants nothing to make people better I would recommend this place to everybody in my family and all my friends

Rudest office staff. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I tried to set up a new patient and dealt with two different people who didn’t know anything. Pat was one of them!
