Dr. Ng is my brother’s retina specialist at Pacific Eye Institute. He greets his patients with a huge smile and warm kind words. He takes his time explaining in details about his patients’ progress or condition. He is a very well mannered and professional doctor. Our visits with him had been very pleasant and positive. Wish I can give him 10 stars which is what he deserves.
I feel extremely fortunate that I was referred to Dr. Ng! He is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and caring doctor. He is always available to answer questions and is very thorough in his explanation of the procedure which was done during the appointment. Most importantly, you leave the office knowing you are receiving the best information and that as a patient, my eye care and well-bing is important to Dr. Ng.

Dr.Ing is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. I went to him for a torn retina and also found out I had wet Macular Degeneration. I have been receiving shots for the past 3 years. Dr. Ing tries to make your visit as pleasant as possible, even if the reason you’re seeing him is not. I have been a patient of Dr. Ing for 3 years. He has taken very good care of me and I have the utmost confidence in his skills.
Dr. Caleb Ng is a great ophthalmologist. When I had my retinal vein occlusion on my right eye, he was able to save my vision. He is great at explain what is happening with my vision. He was also able to convince my insurance company to pay for a more expensive drug after it was previously denied.
