My mother had a procedure done at Kootenia Specialty Procedures and the two people administering the procedure had trouble with the device, didn’t seem to know what to do and essentially told us we hope it works and sent us on our way. Over a week later with multiple calls to Dr. Kelly’s office they can’t tell us anything about the procedure; if it worked, results, nothing.
