Mid September 2025 Went to Dr office for ear infection heading back for 6 month recheck - this month I found Dr Fan and staff to be extremely professional even had a hearing test which I was pleased to not have to wait for or schedule another appointment : the staff was able to make appt same day / I have been recommending Dr Fan thus surprised to see the (1 star) review *Note Dr Fan spent a good amount of quality time on both the exam and review of visit
Never thought that a visit to a specialist with an ear infection would end with $3000 bill!!! I have been to otolaryngologist office many times and it was always the same - ears cleaned and some drops prescribed within a standard office fee. The visit Dr. Fan wasn't any different but the bill they sent was outrageous!! Doctor Fan failed to mention that every time he took any medical device in his hands to examine me they would bill it separately.
