Caleb scheduled 2 appointments to come view my house and failed to arrive either time. The second time, an hour after his "worst case scenario" arrival time with no response I left my house. I had already missed all the open houses I wanted to see for the day waiting for him to arrive. Definitely will NOT be doing buisness with someone that cannot keep appointments nor contact with updates.
