Especially when we had given up the hope as my loan was denied by two different companies, Caleb and his team worked hard to get my loan going and helping me purchase the home that I have been looking for!! This was my first time buying a house even looking at houses, and lets just say I was scared and excited at the same time. We've worked with Caleb and Willow Bend on three occasions. The first when we purchased our house and again on two refinances. He and his team worked diligently and quickly with us each time. When we had questions, their responses were timely and addressed our issues completely. We were kept informed of where we were in the process throughout. A very good realtor friend of mine recommended Willow Bend Mortgage, and oh boy! I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with Caleb and his squadron. Caleb went above and beyond my expectations and even helped me after work hours. He took his time to help me understand things that was foreign to me as it was my first time buying a home.
