Cale was the BEST lender a person could have!! He made sure everything was in line and stood on business! If you want somebody that knows what they are doing and will make sure you make it to the finish line I recommend Cale Iorg 10000%!!! 10/10 recommend. Him and his team are elite!!! I had nothing to worry about during this entire process. Every question I had he answered it and then some! If you’re thinking about taking a chance, take a chance with Cale!
Working with Cale was amazing! He made sure everything went so smoothly!! As far as the rest of the banksouth team, it appeared as though there were too many cooks in the kitchen. Much of the underwriting process was scattered as well as our final closure disclosure. Thankfully, Cale was amazing and he addressed everything so promptly!! Highly recommend Cale!! Would not recommend Banksouth.
