Id say it was pretty decent. I'd say signage could be better, weird to find it actually. Plus no signage to tell you how to check in. Even with walking up there, guys were respectful and nice about it. Honest mistake, as far as not knowing where to check in and making the attempt. My appointment was a little messed up by what they had verse what my BOL said, no biggie, they worked it in. Once I hit the dock, I was out in like 15 mins so that was awesome.
