Being a customer here for over 5 years, I cannot believe that this business is being reviewed so poorly. After coming here for so long I have never had the experience of being "terrorized" or have never found the business to be "frightful," (as previous reviewers have said). The owner and I have only had a couple of discrepancies for the long time I have been coming here, but they have all been resolved, and the owner was being very fair and understanding with the situations. I brought a cotton shower curtain here to be dry cleaned per the mfr's cleaning instructions on the tag. After cleaning, I found that my 70x72" curtain was now 57x66." I called the store, told them about the problem & was told the owner would call me back. He didn't return my call. When I reached the owner, he cut me off, insisting that I either bring the curtain to the store to have them "stretch" it for me or take it back to where I bought it for a refund because he followed the "dry clean only" instructions. excellent customer service and reasonable prices. I had red candle wax all over my tan pants. they removed all the wax and the pant looked just like new after they dry cleaned it
