The delivery people do drugs and have criminal records. Not one delivery person has a clean record. No background checks done.
Excellent service and willingness to serve the consumer. They offer a good variety of brands and price points. I never felt pressured to purchase. Because of difficulty with another local dealer I needed appliances within days. Caldwell met my needs and the appliances were delivered promptly and installed without extra charges.
We had a wonderful experience with Caldwell TV & Appliance. Our salesman David Clark was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The service men that delivered the appliances hooked them up for us and even changed the door on the dryer so it open the right way. We feel they went above and beyond. Thanks for the wonderful service all around. We will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Have been waiting a month to get a freezer fixed....and now the tech has called out sick......and I had to call and find out he was not coming out...no courtesy call!🤬
