Edit: I can't thank Charlie enough for his help with my order. I got all new appliances for my kitchen and he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and spent a a lot of time on the phone with me to get this order made. I seriously appreciate his help and will strongly recommend Caldwell Appliance to anybody I can in the future! This is for the service side of Caldwell. I have bought multiple sets of kitchens with Caldwell and Tad had been great to work with. The one pro I always told my clients is they have their own service place so you have someone to rely on when needed. Well after the last 5 months of them having my ice maker with little to no communication I have decided that I cannot recommend them at all. No sorry no communication no call back. Lady in repair dept was a big help.
Rob and Gage did an excellent job with the delivery of my stacked washer/drier as well as taking my old units away. Very knowledgeable and helpful! Super polite. Overall just really solid people. Blake was also very helpful, patient, and knowledgable on the sales side. Thank you all! I have no doubt we will love our new Speed Queen washer/drier! Overall Caldwell Appliance is THE place to go for me for anything I need going forward!!
