Rob and Gage did an excellent job with the delivery of my stacked washer/drier as well as taking my old units away. Very knowledgeable and helpful! Super polite. Overall just really solid people. Blake was also very helpful, patient, and knowledgable on the sales side. Thank you all! I have no doubt we will love our new Speed Queen washer/drier! Overall Caldwell Appliance is THE place to go for me for anything I need going forward!!
Never buy appliances from anywhere else
I bought the GE Profile All in One not even 2 years ago. I love it but, it stopped drying. I have been without the unit for 2 weeks today. It took them a week to come out, found a large lint clog. We thought it was fixed, washed a load and the dryer didn't work. So, we call them back. They were ordering parts and supposed to come today. I have waited all day for them to come. This is the place to go for a personable experience and to get an appliance that works for you and your family. To two gentleman that came and installed my dishwasher you guys were wonderful extremely professional and very respectful of my home. It was an awesome experience from the introduction, to the end of the install!
Had a leak on a high end Thermador frig. They came the next morning to assess where the leak was coming from, sent Justin head of repair the next day and the worn water line with a hole was repaired pronto! Extraordinary service, timely service, and exceptional work. Five star from the initial call to the completion of the job. They now have a customer for life.
