Got stuck with a flat tire halfway along my trip to Virginia. Without knowing a soul in the area, I brought my van in to Caldwell. Jeremy was wonderful to work with. My husband always selects Caldwell Tire and Auto Service, because of excellent customer service. When my spouse dropped off my vehicle and explained to the technician what problem, my car was experiencing, we received prompt diagnosis, price of part and labor costs needed, what time and day part is to arrive and stated promptly that we would receive call once car is ready. Very quick and accurate and fair in price.
Do not recommend this business. I purchased four new tires about a month ago, and within a couple of weeks one nearly came off while I was driving with my infant due to the lug nuts being loose and improperly installed. This was extremely dangerous. I was then told the tires were bad due to alignment issues, even though no alignment was performed or recommended at the time of service.
