My husband always selects Caldwell Tire and Auto Service, because of excellent customer service. When my spouse dropped off my vehicle and explained to the technician what problem, my car was experiencing, we received prompt diagnosis, price of part and labor costs needed, what time and day part is to arrive and stated promptly that we would receive call once car is ready. Do not recommend this business. I purchased four new tires about a month ago, and within a couple of weeks one nearly came off while I was driving with my infant due to the lug nuts being loose and improperly installed. This was extremely dangerous. I was then told the tires were bad due to alignment issues, even though no alignment was performed or recommended at the time of service. Had a blow out on our way back to ct at 4:30 in the afternoon with our race trailer coming from Maryland we already lost the spare called and Asked if they could quickly mount one tire and they refused and said their techs were leaving. I own a repair shop and there’s not a chance in hell I’d turn away a stranded traveler when it takes less than 10 mins to mount one tire. We didn’t even need them to take it off the trailer or anything. Terrible business ethics.
