From The start it was very courteous, helpful, and friendly. The owner came out and looked at my tires And confirmed what I thought I needed . The price the service everything is top-notch
Anytime I have had work done here, it’s extremely evident. I had to chisel off my old lugs that had casings because they were ran on the lugs so tight with an impact. On my wife’s Mazda, The drain plug was on so tight for the oil pan that it deformed the edges of the plug. Please use a limiter on your impacts.

Can’t say enough great things about this place and people! They fit me into their tight schedule even though they were super busy and I came in as a walk in with somewhere to be in the next 2 days. I dropped my car off thinking it wouldn’t be done in time because I came in so last minute, but it was quite the opposite! My car was done a day early, and they had an incredibly friendly staff. THANK YOU CALDWELLS!
I went into Caldwell Tire service center for a power steering issue . They diagnosed the issue and called me back. They ordered the parts and set a date for it to be fixed. While it was in the shop they noticed a rip in my car boot which was oozing grease all underneath and getting dirty inside. They called me and asked if I'd like to have that fixed as well, of course I said yes. The staff always greets with a smile and very understanding. If you have a problem with your car or truck this is the place to go.
