Great customer service!
Can’t say enough great things about this place and people! They fit me into their tight schedule even though they were super busy and I came in as a walk in with somewhere to be in the next 2 days. I dropped my car off thinking it wouldn’t be done in time because I came in so last minute, but it was quite the opposite! My car was done a day early, and they had an incredibly friendly staff. THANK YOU CALDWELLS!
I went into Caldwell Tire service center for a power steering issue . They diagnosed the issue and called me back. They ordered the parts and set a date for it to be fixed. While it was in the shop they noticed a rip in my car boot which was oozing grease all underneath and getting dirty inside. They called me and asked if I'd like to have that fixed as well, of course I said yes. The staff always greets with a smile and very understanding. If you have a problem with your car or truck this is the place to go.
Got stuck with a flat tire halfway along my trip to Virginia. Without knowing a soul in the area, I brought my van in to Caldwell. Jeremy was wonderful to work with. They gave me an honest price for great work. Once the van got to the shop, we were in and out and back on the road in no time. Thank you Caldwell Tire & Auto Service!
My husband always selects Caldwell Tire and Auto Service, because of excellent customer service. When my spouse dropped off my vehicle and explained to the technician what problem, my car was experiencing, we received prompt diagnosis, price of part and labor costs needed, what time and day part is to arrive and stated promptly that we would receive call once car is ready.
