I CAN'T say enough about everyone at Caldwell. The guys are always polite, funny and ready to help!! I have used them the last 4 years and they have been AWESOME! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND, they have a 10 star rating as far as I'm concerned.
It is a shame that we now have to pay for Caldwells mistake not his employees but Randy Caldwell himself screwed up our $2300 pool liner. 3 years ago we bought the top of line replacement liner for our pool. Randy Caldwell and Don installed our pool liner and it has been off center since and my husband has been complaining about it. It started when they didn't install it when we were told they we going to and no one called us to tell us they ordered the wrong liner. Useless pool company! They need shut down! They don't back up their work! Self inflicted he just said..your a joke! My pool is in excellent condition..I open it from winter..my water is blue..I seevalot of negative reviews but..I guess everyone else is wrong too..but your right? Lol
Called today to have my pool opened and the guy refused to set an appointment time. He said they would call before they come, so I had no idea what day or time. I said I need a date so I can be sure I'm home, he said you don't need to be there. I do need to be home as I have a fenced yard and I'm not leaving and leaving my garage open. I finally just hung up, if they can't give me a date and time thats just ridiculous.
