I went in for two 6 foot hoses. First i was given two 3 foot hoses. When i told her those were 3 foot she insisted they weren’t and then said she had probably been giving people the wrong ones. Then they wanted to charge me $5.99 for hose clamps. When i asked her to check that, one girl came back and said $3.99 and then the other cane back and said $2.99. Sorry for your experience it is not our normal. Our manager was off yesterday for the first time since March and we have newer employees working. We will educate them again on the hoses and clamps. The manager is back today and would be able to help you on any of your needs. He just needed a day off and Tuesdays seem to be our slowest. Sorry again and have a great day.
RecommendedI know their company is busy, but they do amazing work!! I see why they are busy all the time now! Everyone wants to have them install their pools and fix the chemical balance! The staff knows what they’re doing and I highly recommend them! I could not be happier! enjoy your summer y’all ☀️
Their customer service has went wayyyyy downhill. I left a message April 24th.... waited a week and a half. Called back, spoke with someone, they said there service department would return my call. I’m still waiting 😂😂 Well not actually waiting, I got ahold of another company, PM Pools, who will have my liner completely installed next week. I used to use Caldwell for closing every year... never again. If they can’t be bothered to return calls from loyal customers of years, I can’t be bothered to use them for my pools needs... read more

shut down! they put a pool liner in our inground pool..we just opened it the wall is coming down called them.. no call back. this is poorly ran..I suggest go to dolphin pool..Cindy is great. gets right back to you and is very knowledgeable!
this is a nice family business that loves to sell you a pool and lots of chemicals but refuses to believe you that there is something wrong with the filter that they serviced before my pool was opened this spring. I am completely disgusted with the service.
Family owned and operated business for decades. If you want quality of service and professional-expert installation, I highly recommend making the drive out to Caldwell Pools. They also have an amazing Spring Sale every year that competitors cannot beat.
