Well as the owner you should make sure all of your staff can at least able to sell all of your products. My husband and i came today Saturday to purchase a 2100.00 scooter. The nicest young lady did all she could to help us and was told by the pharmacy they knew nothing about that stuff and we could come back Monday. My husband works mondays thru fridays and cannot just come back on a whim. They may not know any details but should be able to at least sell the items in your store.
