I had adopted 2 cats from GBHS. We were told to have them checked out by our local vet for free which happened to be on their list. We made an appointment, and due to Covid we had to sit in the car for our cats to be checked out. They preformed services on our pets without stepping out or calling and telling us what they were doing or how much it would be. Completely unprofessional. 6 months later after what I agreed on the full bill price they came back and send me another bill. When I called to inquire and ask why I was being charged for their mistake (keep in mind I have spent over $1000 there and the bill was $50.) They told me they would not see my pets anymore but admitted to making the mistake. If a retail store gives you an extra 10% off, you do not get bill 6 months later saying “sorry our mistake you owe me more money”. Vets are expensive enough and from what I know ... read more

So today on National Day day, my sweet baby girl, Tallulah passed over the rainbow bridge. Thanks to Dr. Nicole Martin and Caldwell Mill Animal Clinic who took such great care if her for the last 5 years. My heart is so broken. I will miss my "giant dalmatian" more than anyone could know. They are truly amazing at this clinic! Everyone is so kind and helpfu, professional and compassionate. Highly recommend
Everyone here is amazing! I know my babies are in good hands with anyone here. The staff and doctors go above and beyond to provide the best care. Highly recommend them!
Today I rushed in with my dog who had been hit by a car. The staff immediately took him back. The doctor was so caring and optimistic. Our dog was able to come home after only being there for 1 1/2 hours. The doctor even called this evening and checked on him.

We are so pleased with Dr. Hamm. We began seeing her about 2 years ago when our pug was diagnosed with diabetes. She answers our questions thoroughly and never rushes to get to the next patient. We love how knowledgeable she is and her bedside manner is second to none. She even includes our young son as much as she can during the examinations! 10/10 would recommend Dr. H. Honorable mentions to all the amazing ladies up front (Bri is our 💖) and the lovely Kelli Jones!
Great care and service , always!! Dr Andy made an appointment when my dog was sick immediately. My Blue hasn’t eaten n 2 days. Dr Andy fixed him within a half of day and sent us home! Thank you thank you Dr Andy and staff!! 🙏😀
