I been seeing Caldwell medical group for 2 yrs, until last week. I was sick and need my Dr, when I called they told me their lab girl walked off the job and they couldn't see me because they couldn't do the COVID/flu test on me, which the Dr required if your sick.. Needless to say I went to a different Dr, got treated, a week later I'm well and NO COVID OR FLU!! Thanks a lot for nothing!! I have been a patient of Dr. Caldwells’ for over 15years. Her and her staff always treat me with kindness, compassion, and respect! I can’t praise her enough and the staff for all their hard work, dedication, and commitment to my care. I also want to apologize for not writing a review that reflects her and her staffs work when I was angry. Caldwell medical is the best place ever !! The staff are very professional and welcoming!! They know you by name !! They went over and beyond for my care !! Dr Caldwell Cares She will do her best too make sure that you get the right treatment for your needs l highly recommend this place #1 ty guys Mrs Ramsey !! Yes they are professional! Made an appointment. Got reschedule to a few days later due to the weather, no problem! So over the course of the week I had confirmed appointment twice through their text they send. When I show up at 8:53 for my 9 appt I get sent away for not being 15 minutes early. I start to think well maybe I missed that note, so I apologized and said I didn’t know, and they rescheduled me again.
