One of the best Pain management doctors that I’ve had since I broke my neck. They are very attentive, cutting edge when it comes to Pain management. This is the best that I have been able to function with my children in years.
Everyone was very friendly and professional. Was in and out was a good visit. I have my mom going to Dr caldwell now also.

I've gone to Dr. Caldwell for a number of years, even followed her to other cities until I quit driving. Then, to my delight, she opened another office here in Wagoner. Having lived in big cities all my life, you couldn't pay me enough to leave this amall town. There's usually a short wait in Dr. C's office, which I don't mind at all, & there are usually people there whom I know, at least by sight. Dr. Caldwell is always responsive to my medical questions & needs. I highly recommend her. eM
