Absolutely horrible, never again. Only way to make a legal case any worse is by hiring Ms. Caldwell.
Very unprofessional. Will not return calls, voicemail's, or even emails. It is apparently too time consuming for her. What was supposed to be a 2-3 month case has now become 9 months' with 0, I repeat ZERO, update.
