I have never had service like this from any insurance agency in my professional career like I'm receiving from Caldwell Insurance. They know exactly what the requirements are from the management companies I work with, and will send them the necessary certificates so that I will get paid promptly. I am so impressed with Caldwell Insurance, I'm glad I switched over to them!
Although we mainly speak with Derek, everyone we've ever had conversations or worked with at Caldwell as been absolutely fabulous to us. We have tricky/demanding schedules being small business owners and are so grateful to have Derek on our side reminding us of things that need to be done and being a huge valuable resource for us on our business ventures. We've sent Derek updates we need to our policies on a Friday afternoon and he's stayed late just to make it happen!
Fired them today because Derek Jimenez is out of line and unprofessional. He shows zero respect to his clients and it’s absurd that Caldwell hired a representative to treat clients like this. BBB will be notified as well as Ricardo Lara, Insurance Commissioner. Everyone is equal and I hope that he gets the help he needs. Have a wonderful day everyone.
