Ms. Jessica is a pure gem for this community of Caldwell Homes. She is really helpful and works hard. I have had all pleasant conversations with her and she is prompt to get the maintenance men to fix what I need in the apartment. I am proud to be a part of this community as I am coming from Vann Park apartments (Manning). My apartment here is much nicer than over there. The Manager here now is AMAZING! SHE HAS REALLY TURNED THIS PLACE AROUND! I've heard a lot of stories about this apartment complex, but She's very prompt, and respectful, also has a no tolerance policy for chaos!!! I'm very impressed with how peaceful it is out here, I can't express how shocked I am at the amount of time and how quickly it took her to turn this place around! Great job!!!
I lived here with my daughters while in domestic violence relationship. I reported to them that the guy had stolen my house and mailbox keys and that he had been coming into my home even while I was out of town. I filed a restraining order, and I signed a VAWA only for them to move me closer to his friends in the same apartments after I specifically requested to be moved across town to a safer complex.
