I couldn't be happier with my decision to use Caldwell Home Builders for my rental property. As a real estate agent, I see a lot of new builds, and Matt & Brian did a fantastic job. Not only do they build a quality home, they're easy to work with. Communication is a main priority for me, and Matt never left me hanging! Great value, service, and quality.

Matt and Brian are top notch. Never thought I would meet someone more detail oriented, but Matt is positively detailed which benefited us throughout the process. He was available throughout the entire build, most of the time responding within an hour or sooner! He answered all our first time home builder questions and gave his suggestions when appropriate and when asked for. We built our first house with Matt, and it will be our last, because we are never moving out of it! We are so happy that we chose to build with him rather than the other builders we met with. He let us be as involved in the process as we wanted to be. His attention to detail is greater than ours is, and he never hesitated to answer any of our dumb first-timer questions.
