Despite having a no refund policy, it's really unfair to not give refunds of remaining balances when services are no longer needed. Such a scam.
Their machines will direct you to use their app. Their app will take your money. Their app will not start their machines. You can call customer support. They will tell you "You can use quarters on the machines." They will not refund you the money loaded on their app.
Do not work for this Company as a service technician at all
I work with Caldwell & Gregory on a day to day basis and I have been extremely happy with them.
We've just entered into a new agreement with Caldwell & Gregory to manage our laundry facilities. What an amazing experience we had during the transition process; from the installation to the activation of the washers and dryers. The process was well organized and went smoothly.
