Had my father's apt scheduled for 6 months. Day of the apt comes, I have him at the office 20 min early, check in get paperwork up to date. We are taken back to a room and wait there for over an hr. Nurse finally comes in and says Dr. Caldwell was called to the E.R. and that they haven't "forgotten" about us. We waited another 20 min before we finally just left. Fairly good but the NURSE "MERCEDES" IS MEAN, she cuts me off and I can't get out a complete sentence. I don't hardly call but when I do and they transfer me to her I just wanna hang up. Has a horrible attitude and makes me wanna go to another doctor just so I don't have to deal with her.

My Mom has been seeing Dr. Caldwell since he started his practice. She is now 89 years old and he won’t even return her calls. She lives alone and doesn’t call his office very often. It’s so sad.
