I don't normally write bad reviews, but Doug Caldwell was unprofessional and downright rude. With plenty of time to get my roll of carpet to my show, they missed their delivery window and had the nerve to point fingers back at me and make false statements about the delivery. All the while being aggressive because I missed a call from him...while I was on an airplane. Would not use again.
Very fast with my quote. Chris answered all my questions from the email. I haven’t received my flooring yet because I just ordered it. But so far so good.
Sent an email asking questions, they were rude and didnt answer half my questions. Sent a reply email asking about the missing questions and i havent gotten an answer even several weeks after.
